2. If you choose to ride Billy you do so accepting full responsibility and risk, it's neither the owner, operator or hirer that are liable for any damage or injury you may sustain or that you cause to others.
3. You must not ride Billy if you suffer any heart, neck or back problems, high blood pressure, pregnant, epilepsy, joint or bone weakness, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have any condition which may be exaccerbated by riding Billy.
4. A disclaimer will be present at the evening that every participant must read and sign prior to Riding Billy.
5. Gloves must be worn, removal of glasses, removal of shoes, removal of mobile phones, keys, jewellery etc.
